  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Place pork chops in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  • Place sliced onion over the pork chops.
  • Combine remaining ingredients; pour over pork chops.
  • Bake uncovered for 1 hour, or until chops are tender.

  1. Great pork chops! I have a family recipe that is similar, so I knew I would like this. I really loved the onions and the flavor of the sauce. The only change I would make is to add more ketchup to make the sauce a bit thicker. Thanks!
     
  2. Two of us here, but I cut the chops back to four & left the sauce the same! We don't mind leftovers & figured these would be just as tasty the second time around as the first, & they were ~ Very, very flavorful! Loved your recipe & will be keeping it around!   3. Oh man, talk about delicious and easy!!! I cut the sauce in half, used a whole onion on 2 pork chops. My chops were a little thinner than 3/4 inch so next time, I'll remember to buy thicker ones. It still didn't take away from the wonderful taste of the recipe! Made for Fall PAC 2011.
