Directions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine the cornflakes, celery salt, onion powder, paprika, pepper and garlic powder. Brush the fish fillets with butter, coat with crumb mixture.
  2. Place in a greased 13" x 9" baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
