  • Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in bowl; mix well.
  • Wash chicken and pat dry.
  • Dip in sour cream mixture.
  • Coat well with crumbs.
  • Arrange in baking dish, do not overlap the pieces or they will become soggy.
  • Drizzle with butter.
  • Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes.

  1. A good chicken recipe. Easy to make. I took the advice of another reviewer and let it stay in the oven an extra 20 minutes to crisp it up.
     
  2. What great chicken. This tasty dish does not disappoint. It tastes as great as it smells while cooking. I did forget to drizzle butter over the chicken, it didn't seem to make a difference. The chicken is so flavorful, crisp, crunchy, tender, moist and juicy. We enjoyed it very much. I served it with roasted vegetables. Thanks for sharing a recipe that I will make again and again.

  4. Going by one of the reviewersw who wasn't satisfied with the crispness, I let it cook an extra 30 minutes. Even that didn't dry it out, and, I thought it was crisp. One of my GDs was over from next door when I started it, and she came back in time to eat my lunch for tomorrow!! She said to tell you, YUMMY. I liked the ease of preparation, and the instructions were very easy to follow. I fixed the chicken with Dibs' Oven Roasted Potatoes Recipe #74408 for a side since cooking times were close. This is a definite keeper. Thank you for posting. jim
     
  5. It was good the chicken was very moist and had a good taste. it was not very crispy which is what I wanted however.
