  • Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a large shallow baking pan; set aside.

  • In a small bowl, combine egg and milk. In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip chicken into egg mixture; coat with crumb mixturte. Arrange in prepared baking pan, malking sure pieces do not touch. Coat chicken with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Do not turn pieces during baking.
