  1. How cool! This is a wonderful, quick and easy way to prepare rice. Upon reading I was skeptical, but intrigued and I am glad that I tried it. I will definitely be adding this to my rotation. I will be trying this with more of an Asian flare by adding some minced ginger, green onion and diced carrots. I will edit this and update it when I try this version. Thanks for sharing this wonderful, practical recipe. Prepared for P.A.C Spring 2008

  2. This was absolutely terrible! This made me mad! I followed the recipe exactly and ended up with a big pile of uncooked rice in a bunch liquid. I had to throw it out and start all over. Perfect for a Monday!

  3. This is a simple recipe that makes fantastic rice! I needed a rice dish for Thanksgiving, and this one worked out wonderfully. This is one dish I will make many times throughout the year. Thank you for a great recipe!
