Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning (salt, pepper, chile etc)
  • 2 large onions, sliced in very thin rings
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Mix the flour and the seasonings and put in a container as wide as the widest onion ring.
  3. Stir the eggs.
  4. Dip the rings in the egg, then the flour mix, then the bread crumbs.
  5. Put on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam.
  6. Bake 25 minutes or until crisp.
