Over-Spiced Chicken

"I call this over-spiced chicken because I use so much seasoning, but it really isn't too spicy. Whenever I make this my boyfriend never leaves any leftovers! It goes really well with pearl couscous. While the chicken is cooking, the pan should look like a horrible red mess that will never clean off but it will actually clean quite easily. If you don't use enough olive oil the chicken will taste dry and burnt."
