  • Preheat broiler.
  • Place one or two drained oysters in individual ramekins.
  • Sprinkle each oyster with lemon juice and Tabasco sauce.
  • Top with bacon and Parmesan cheese.
  • Broil until oyster edges curl.
  • Serve on saltines.
