"This stuffing doesen't go in the bird....It is a side stuffing & or a compliment to your regular stuffing on holidays ....I serve bopth as the taste is completely different....It is extremely easy to make & doesen't have to be only served with turkey. Try it as a side dish for other meals"

  • 2 cups Ritz crackers, lightly crushed
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 cup milk
  • 24 ounces fresh oysters, in juice

directions

  • preheat oven 400 degrees.
  • drain oysters reserving 1/2 of juice.
  • layer ritz crackers, oysters,juice, salt & pepper in buttered casserole in separate layers.
  • pour milk over top.
  • cook 20 30 min til browned lightly.
