  • Combine meat with ginger, garlic powder, Meat Magic, paprika, onion powder, and beef base.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet.
  • Add half the onions and all the mushrooms.
  • Saute until onions are softened.
  • Add seasoned beef.
  • Cook until beef is browned, about 7 minutes.
  • Add peppers, broccoli, and remaining onions.
  • Stir in wine.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until vegetables are cooked through.
  • Serve over rice or pasta.
