  1. Combine meat with ginger, garlic powder, Meat Magic, paprika, onion powder, and beef base.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet.
  3. Add half the onions and all the mushrooms.
  4. Saute until onions are softened.
  5. Add seasoned beef.
  6. Cook until beef is browned, about 7 minutes.
  7. Add peppers, broccoli, and remaining onions.
  8. Stir in wine.
  9. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until vegetables are cooked through.
  10. Serve over rice or pasta.
