ingredients

2 cups white sugar
1 ¹⁄₃ cups white flour
³⁄₄ cup cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup of strong hot coffee (makes it delicious)
1 cup sour milk (if you have no sour milk add some lemon juice or vinegar until thick)
¹⁄₂ cup vegetable oil

directions

preheat oven 350 degrees.
add all dry ingredients together in a seperate bowl and whisk together. set this aside.
mix all wet ingredients together in seperate bowl from the dry ingredients.
finally add you dry ingredients to the wet and beat well.
bake 35-40 minutes in 9X13 pan.
Dont be alarmed if batter is thin -- this is normal.
