  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients for the loaf in a large bowl. Knead using hands.
  3. Place meatloaf mixture in bread pan and bake in oven for 1 hour or until done.
  4. In a saucepan combine onions and white wine. Bring to a boil and reduce by half.
  5. Add tumeric and cream. Reduce to medium heat.
  6. Wisk in the the butter a little at a time; adding the next piece before the prior has completely melted. Do not allow mixture to boil. Stir constantly.
  7. Add fresh lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Pour sauce over meatloaf and serve.
