- 6 pieces chicken, legs and thighs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons chili powder
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
directions
- Remove skin from chicken and discard. Sprinkle evenly with salt, chili powder and lemon juice.
- Let stand at least 30 minutes.
- Barbecue until just tender about 20 minutes. Baste occasionally with melted butter.
