Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 12 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 14 cup coconut oil
  • 1 -2 tablespoon spices (italian seasoning, minced onions, whatever you like)
  • 14 cup coconut flour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine everything (except coconut flour) in blender and incorporate until well blended.
  3. With blender running on low, slowly add coconut flour to form a batter.
  4. Pour (may need spatula) into a 9x9in, parchment lined baking pan. Sprinkle additional spices on top.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Slice into four squares then slice each square lengthwise to make sandwich slices.
  7. Can keep in freezer - so make ahead for the whole week! :).
