  1. These turned out good, and were very easy to assemble. I think I'll try grilling them next time to add a little smokey flavor. Topped them off with a squeeze of lemon to brighten them up. Thanks for posting the recipe.

  2. Very delicious! I ground the pita into breadcrumbs then soaked the crumbs with the milk. Used only about 1/2 cup of fresh parsley. Subbed lamb for beef and cut recipe in half. Made for Come with us to Palestine. Served with side of plain orzo and Recipe #240318.

  3. Delicious ElaineAnn! I made with a few adjustments, based on the items in my pantry. I used only 1 pound grass-fed ground beef, and didn't have a pita so I used a slice of potato bread instead. I also used about 2 tablespoons dried parsley and used the full measure of the other ingredients. DH loved these - I guess the cinnamon really had him stumped but the flavor was outstanding. The full measure of pepper added just the smallest little bite and went well with the cinnamon and onions. Very easy to make and turned out great. I got 26 large-walnut-sized meatballs from the mix and every one of them disappeared, so no photos!! Thanks for posting, I'll definitely make these again. Made for "LET'S P-A-R-T-Y TAG 2010", December 2010!

  4. Very tasty. The only thing I added was 1 tbsp minced garlic. I used Italian parsley. I served it with Recipe #424075 #424075. I will definitely make these again. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for Family Picks - ZWT6.
