  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9x13 baking dish. Spread the chiles in the dish. Scatter the chicken over the chiles. Cover with the cheeses.
  • Beat the eggs and milk together. Beat in the cumin. Pour this mixture over the cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes, until lightly browned on top.
  • Allow to rest 10 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.

  1. This turned out well and was easy to make. My husband thought it "needed something." I think he was thinking salsa on top. I also thought the bottom was a bit watery like the chiles should have been drained better.
