  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  3. Mix all ingredients together.
  4. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. For cornbread: Follow directions above. Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Makes 9 servings.
