I made this as it is and found it to be wonderful. To date it's the best balsamic vinaigrette I've fixed. On the same evening I made two other vinaigrette recipes from restaurant sites. This was the best. This is so easy to make, just goes together in a snap. I intend to keep a jar in the fridge all the time now.
