  1. Just used this with tilapia, it turned out great. It had a light and sweet flavor, the crust turned out gorgeous, golden, and crisp. Will definitely be adding it to my favorite fish coating recipes.

  2. My husband just used this recipe and we liked it. He says the key is to use a cast iron skillet. The great thing is you can add spices to your liking. He only cooked 2 Flounder filets and had left over batter. He mixed some corn meal and sugar in it, and made some hush puppies.

  3. Best fish batter recipe I’ve ever tried! I don’t like fish but my husband loves it so I make it and eat it anyway. This recipe enabled me to actually enjoy eating fish! Thank you!!!

  4. I made this with halibut and it was amazing! My husband said it was the best fried fish he's ever had!

  5. Made batter with gluten free all purpose flour. Fried fish perfection!
