- Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl; store in a zip-top plastic bag up to 6 weeks.

Make this mix and then use it in the recipe for Basic Pancakes (229426). I used spelt flour in place of the all purpose, and made my own baking powder to suit our dietary needs and still turned out great. -
cant rate but looks interesting add egg powder mix and milk powder mix and a little buttermilk mis so it adds the usual other ingridients add some more directions too plz
