  • In medium mixing bowl combine buttermilk, egg, oil, and sugar. And beat until thoroughly combined; add remaining ingredients, stirring until smooth.
  • Heat a skillet and spray with cooking oil.
  • Cook until bottom is brown and little bubbles appear around the edge.
  • Flip pancakes to cook opposite side.
