Pancakes

"I am well known for my pancakes so I am posting the recipe for others to enjoy them. They are so easy to make from scratch forget about premix! I make these every week for many years and it is still our favorite breakfast that we are looking forward to it! We like them with raspberries and blueberries."

  2. I had the opportunity to have these delicious pancakes made by Hanka some years ago. I can tell you first hand they are fabulous. She shared the recipe with me and I have been making them ever since. They are fluffy and tasty! If you like pancakes...you really should try this recipe. It's a keeper.<br/>Lisa from Florida

  3. I love this.I had to make my own self-rising flour and it all worked out. So deliciously simple.

  4. Perfect brunch recipe! Made this for Little Miss (DD) who loves pancakes and she really loved this recipe. I used organic self raising flour and it was so much finer then regular flour, so I had to add a little extra milk. Otherwise I kept to the recipe and Little Miss demolished all of them on her own. Will be making them again on Pancake Day (21st Feb).. Thanks so much Hanka for a easy recipe.
