  1. Preheat oven to 300.
  2. Grease and flour a tube pan.
  3. Sift flour and baking powder together in a bowl. In another large bowl, beat eggs, milk, sugar, lemon rind, and oil with an electric mixer.
  4. Continue mixing with electric mixer and slowly add in all of the flour.
  5. Empty batter into tube pan and place in oven. Let bake for 1 hour or until cake tester comes out dry.
  6. Let cool for 15 minutes in pan and then empty onto a cooling rack. Do not cut into it until it has cooled.
