  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 8 ounces mixed dried fruit
  • 2 cups onions, wedges
  • 14 teaspoon ground allspice

Directions

  1. Brown meat on all sides in cooking oil. Drain fat.
