  • Cut bread into 1 inch cubes, season and toast in oven at 400.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients except for the oil and vinegar.
  • In another bowl combine oil and vinegar to make the dressing.
  • Drizzle over salad and serve.
  • Garnish with basil leaves.
