ingredients
- 1 papaya, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced (use the color you have)
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper, minced CAREFULLY
- 6 tablespoons lime juice
- 1⁄4 cup pineapple juice (use the liquid from canned if you want)
- 1⁄4 cup cilantro, fresh chopped
directions
- Mix.
- Chill.
- Serve.
