Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan.
  2. Cook onions until soft.
  3. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
  4. Add paprika, cayenne and flour and cook for a minute.
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the potatoes and cream and simmer until the chicken is cooked (approx 15 minutes).
  6. Boil potatoes or cook in microwave until just cooked.
  7. Add cooked potatoes and cream and simmer for a couple more minutes.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve with rice and sweetcorn.
