  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Cut potatoes into 1-inch-wide wedges. Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet; toss potatoes with canola oil and paprika; season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake potatoes in a single layer, cut sides down, until they loosen easily from the sheet, about 25 minutes. Turn the potatoes; continue to bake them until fork-tender and crisp, 25-30 minutes more.

  1. I changed it up a little bit: adding Italian seasoning as well as only coating the fries in 0 calories cooking spray instead of using all that oil. My husband I and loved them! We will definitely make them again!

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
