  • Using a sharp knife, cut the figs into quarters lengthways without cutting right.
  • through the skin at the base.
  • Gently pull the flesh of the fruit away from the skin, leaving the central part of the pulp still attached to the skin.
  • Stand the figs on a serving platter and drape the Parma ham between the figs.
  • Serve at room temperature.
