  1. Made this for the first time last night for dinner. It is great! I added a little paprika to the bread crumbs and baked at 375 for 45 minutes. The chops came out crispy and tender! Thanks!

  2. Love this recipe! I'm a garlic freak so I finely grated 2 cloves of garlic, rather than one....EEEEYYYYYUUUMMMM! I baked the chops on a rack and they still were not 'crispy'...but delish none the less! Thanks KBDiStasio!

  3. Throw away your shake n bake people, this recipe ROCKS!! I've used it on pork chops and chicken and it is FANTASTIC!! Thanks for this awesome and easy recipe =]

  4. I did bake this on a rack, and it didn't seem to help with making the pork crispy. I think upping the temperature to 375 or 400, AND putting them on a rack would do the trick. I doubled the garlic, and the recipe came out absolutely wonderful. Thanks for the recipe.

  5. These are quick and easy,we loved it,except for that they didn't have a crisp coating so next time I'm going to bake them on a rack and see if that helps. None the less they are very, very good.
