Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 13 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 13 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Dip pork chops in combined egg and seasoning,then in combined cheese and bread crumbs.
  3. Heat oil in skillet, brown each chop on both sides.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F, 35 minutes, turning chops.
