Directions

  1. Trim crust from bread.
  2. Cut the half-slice of bread into halves, making squares.
  3. Diagonally cut each square into halves, making triangles.
  4. Arrange the bread triangles in a shallow baking dish or pie plate.
  5. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 30 seconds to 1 minute or til the bread is dry.
  6. Remove the bread triangles from the the microwave oven.
  7. In a custard cup microwave butter or margarine, uncovered, on 100% power for 30 to 40 seconds or till melted.
  8. Drizzle over bread triangles.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
