Ingredients Nutrition

  • VEGGIES
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can green beans, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained (fiesta style with red peppers)
  • TOPPING
  • 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese or 4 tablespoons romano cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, Italian style seasoned
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Mix veggies in a casserole dish.
  3. Stir together topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
