Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to box directions.
  2. In one bowl mix together whipping cream and sour cream.
  3. In another bowl blend butter and egg yolk.
  4. Combine both bowls and whip (blender on high) until thickened. Stir in 1/2 cup of parmesan and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Toss with cooked fettucine. Microwave for two minutes.
  6. Add remaining 1/2 cup of parmesan and toss again.
