Parmesan Garlic Salad Dressing

ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 -4 garlic cloves
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Chop garlic.
- Blend all ingredients in either a blender or food processor.

I really like this dressing. If serving to others who are not used to a strong olive oil flavor I would probably use the light tasting olive oil. I added 1/4 tsp. salt. I am going to try it on pasta. -
