  1. We had this last night and it was delicious. It was SO easy to make, and made the house smell great. I think I will try adding other vegetables to the potatoes next time. Great recipe!

  2. These were great, first time I made an all vegetable dish in my slow cooker. 'fries not fried' =) Loved the herb flavour and the Parmesan is a perfect addition. Thanks for posting.

  3. We really enjoyed these potatoes. I added a little bit of minced garlic and fresh oregano and parsley. It was great to make these potatoes in the crockpot since it's too hot to use the oven. They were done in about 3 1/2 hours on high. I will make these again. Thanks!

  4. Great side dish, I followed the directions exactly and this recipe turned out great. Even my picky daughter had 2 servings! I cooked these on low for 6 hours and the potatoes were very tender. I will probably add some additional spices next time and prehaps some garlic as well.

  5. An easy to make hit! quick and easy to prepare. I had to have it on high for 4 hours, then on the "keep warm" setting for another 2, and they were still wonderful. I grated fresh parmesan cheese and stirred right before serving, and it was very well received.
