Parmesan-Puffed Tilapia

"I got this recipe off of the little cards they have at the butcher counter at the grocery store. This is probably the best recipe I have ever made. If you like fish then you must try this recipe. The ingredients may sound weird but oh my god...it's so good!"

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Mix parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, green onion, and hot sauce in a small bowl; set aside. Pat fish dry with paper towels. Coat a shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; place fillets in baking dish. Spread parmesan mixture evenly over fillets and sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork and topping is puffed and light golden.
