  1. In a bowl, stir together mayo, Parmesan, basil and lemon juice. Gently squeeze tuna to remove excess moisture and add it to the bowl. Stir with a fork.
  2. Lightly toast rolls. Slather tuna over bottom halves. Top with tomato slices and season to taste with salt and pepper. Brush olive oil over the cut sides of tops and replace.
