  • Boil cubed potatoes about 20 minutes (don't overcook), drain In a saucepan, mix 1/4 cup water with chicken cube, garlic, chopped parsley, butter and olive oil Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes Pour mixture over drained potatoes and stir to mix.

  1. 4 cloves of garlic overpowers this recipe in my opinion. I would substitute 2 TBS of onion flakes and add more water.

After living in Jax FL for 15 years, Hubby and I have retired. We moved back to WV and the mountains where we grew up. It's been quite an adjustment getting use to the season changes again! Our son and youngest daughter live very close and I enjoy seeing my grandkids. I enjoy gardening both veggies and flowers.
