  1. This is a very easy recipe and I loved it. The only thing I am going to change next time is to use less vinegar - maybe 1/4 to 1/2 cup. I had this on spinach, strawberries, and feta and it was wonderful!

  2. Oh YEAH! This really is a KEEPER! I did add 1/4 cup white vinegar. I think a vinaigrette needs it, and wasn't sure if there was an omission or not. And I used part canola oil. But, oh my, this is really good. Just great on a salad full of goodies, especially some gorgonzola. Thick and pale green! What could be better than green food! Thanks for posting this unusual recipe. . . Janet

  3. Easy and delicious recipe. I used apple cider vinegar and followed the other commentor's suggestions of only using a 1/4 of the vinegar. My husband loved it and was super impressed! Thank you for sharing your mother's recipe with us. Five stars!!!!

  4. I am in love with this new vinaigrette!! I did only use 1/4 cup of white vinegar, as others suggested, and 1tsp agave instead of sugar and it was perfect!! I was soooo bored with balsamic. I used it for quinoa tuna noodle salad bc I didn't want to use mayo. Thank you for sharing your Mom's recipe! I will def use it often.

  5. Too vinegary. Still good flavour but I mellowed it a bit with some water! Made for All Aboard the L-O-V-E train! 1/23 - 2/14
