Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 lbs cooked chicken, diced (I use 1/2 bag grilled chkn strips from Costco)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 32 Ritz crackers, crushed (1 sleeve)
  • 12 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds

Directions

  1. Put the chicken in a 9x13 pan. Mix sour cream and soup. Pour over the chicken. Mix crackers with the melted butter and poppy seeds. Sprinkle on top of soup mixture. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
