Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add orange juice. Chill until slightly thickened.
  3. Add oranges, cranberry sauce and nuts.
  4. Pour half the gelatin mixture into a 1.5 quart ring mold.
  5. Chill until firm.
  6. Combine cream cheese and mayonaise. Spread over firm gelatin mixture. Pour remaining gelatin mixture over cream cheese.
  7. Chill until firm.
