  1. these didnt takt that long to make but there were over half of them left and they wernt very good :(

  2. My family really enjoyed! I made these and refrigerated overnight, cut back just a bit on the pickle, and used honey bbq sauce instead of hickory smoked. Thank you for posting.

  3. Very good - the roast beef w/the bbq sauce and celery was addictive! And the recipe is a great inspriation for other combinations! I think for my tastes, I would prefer less pickle and more mustard with the ham, and maybe black olives and chopped and drained tomatoes with the turkey. (The turkey and ham varieties were on the salty side for me, because of the pickle and olive.) The presentation is really great! They looked so cute. Thanks so much for the recipe!

  4. I made these for my FIL's surprise birthday party. An excellent choice for a large party because this makes a ton. I followed your directions exactly and they turned out beautifully. The party guests enjoyed the variety of appetizers, too. Thanks for sharing this recipe and it will go in my entertaining file.

  5. Made these for a work function for 25 people. They were a big, big hit. This recipe makes a lot of appetizers and there were none left-over. Very easy to make and I liked the variety. Thanks, Nurse Di.

  2. Wow - these were really great. Easy to put together for a party my mom was going to tonight and it makes a TON of appetizers. We had leftovers that my Dad and I snacked on for dinner! I liked the pickles and ham the best but the variety in them was really great. Made no substitutions except corned beef for roast beef. Roast beef would have probably been better but time was short. Thanks for a great quick recipe!
