- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 3 teaspoons red monkey zesty italian seasoning
- pita bread or flat bread
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 teaspoon red monkey lemon pepper seasoning
directions
- In a small bowl mix together the cream cheese with the Red Monkey Zesty Italian Blend.
- Spread this over the top of your pita bread.
- Take the cucumber and thinly slice it.
- Place the slices over the layer of cream cheese.
- Sprinkle Red Monkey Lemon Pepper Rub lightly over the top and serve.
