  1. Made this for Christmas dinner. It was very good. I did add a lot more garlic and used fresh chives. The only negative is that I already make a pretty creamy mashed potatoe so after adding the sour cream and cream cheese the product was a bit runny for my taste. I will make this again knowing not to make my "normal" mashed potatoes, but make them thicker.

  2. I have made these potatoes the last few years and my family demands that we have them for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.

  3. Super good. Very creamy and rich with the sour cream AND the cream cheese. Will definitley serve again.

  4. I made this dish today.. I have to say that i thought it tasted better out of the pot before I put it in the oven for an hour bake time.. I thought that the taste of the dish pre baked was great it reminded me of a baked potato with all the fixings without the skin...i think if i made this dish again i wouldnt bake it for an hour...i would probably serve it as a side dish...
