Party Spinach Dip
"Found this recipe on a Liptons Box (slightly altered). I make it frequently for parties and always get asked for the recipe. It's perfect matched up with some pumpernickel, rye bread, or pita chips."

ingredients
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope lipton recipe secrets vegetable soup mix
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled, squeezed dry (make sure excess water is squeezed out)
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
- salt and pepper
directions
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; chill 2 hours.
- Serve with your favorite dippers.

What's there to say? Hmm, I am a married SAHM to 2 crazy boys. I am outnumbered in a house full of men and they all love to eat. All of us love to try foods from around the world. I prefer to stay home and cook rather than going out to eat. There is nothing like a home cooked meal :o)
