  • Drain tuna.
  • Combine tuna and cream cheese using a hand mixer.
  • Add tabasco, spread should have a salmon color. Add more if you prefer.
  • Chill for at least one hour and keep chilled on your party table.
  • Serve with your favorite party cracker.

  1. What a simple recipe! I'd never thought to add cream cheese to tuna. We get fresh tuna canned each year that doesn't even compare to the store canned tuna. This was yummy and I agree you could add other herbs if you liked. This was a hit at a poker party.
