Directions

  1. Cook noodles, drain and mix with melted margarine.
  2. Beat egg yolks and add sugar, vanilla, juice, apples and wine. Blend into noodles thoroughly.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into noodle mixture.
  4. Pour into greased 8" square pan and bake in 350F preheated oven for 40 minutes.
