- 1⁄4 lb margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1⁄2 cup matzo cake meal, sifted
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts, chopped
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease an 8x8 pan.
- Use a mixer to combine all ingredients in order.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Slice while cool.
