  • Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until done, about 9 minutes.
  • Drain but reserve a bit of the water in case the pasta is too dry at the end.
  • Mix the pasta with the margarine and ricotta.
  • If it's too dry, add a bit of the hot pasta water to moisten.

  3. I haven't tried this recipe specifically, but we have pasta and ricotta cheese at my fiance's parent's house every year around Easter and it is wonderful. It's made basically the same way. Thanks for the recipe. This one's a keeper for sure. I'm going to try it with brown rice because I've been trying to stay away from pasta lately.
